I started my career as an associate designer, just focused on making things look good and learning as much as I could. Over time, I grew as a designer and leader, working on campaigns for some of the biggest brands out there and getting more involved in shaping the ideas behind the work, not just the execution. 

These days, I still love the craft, but I spend more time leading teams, figuring out what actually connects with people, and pushing the work to be better each time around.
